Step back in time to the roaring 1920s at Seymour’s, a hidden speakeasy tucked away inside Mr. Lyons Steakhouse. This exclusive establishment offers a unique experience that takes you on a journey through prohibition-era America, complete with secret entrances, vintage cocktails, and an elegant ambiance that transports you to an era of clandestine revelry. Seymour’s is the creation of Tara Lazar and business partner/cocktail engineer Steen Bojsen-Moller. They also own Cheeky’s and Birba. It’s named after Tara’s father
