Multi-level condo offering a grand living room with high ceilings, wet bar and balcony; newly updated kitchen with large seating area and outdoor patio; spacious primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large closet; two guest rooms (one with office/workspace) and modern bathrooms.
The space
There are two doors to enter the home. One downstairs, leading in lower level with kitchen and one coming from garage/carport leading into the floor with a guest bedroom and bathroom.
Other things to note
we pay utilities until an amount of 250 $ each (gas/electricity). Every amount exceeding this is responsibility of the guest, we charge a $500 utility deposit.
Rental Policies
Full refund for cancellation up to 30 days before check in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.

*If pets allowed on property, only 2 dogs max under 50 lbs each
Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires
- Minimum age of primary guest 25 years
- Copy of Photo ID must be provided to proof min age
Cleaning Fee: $300
Tax: 12.5%
Refundable Security Deposit: $500
