The space
Inside, unwind in the spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, or gather around the large dining area for memorable meals. 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, on opposite side of home, give enough room and privacy for 2 families.
Step outside to discover your personal oasis: a sparkling pool, relaxing spa, and a fire pit ideal for evenings under the stars. Also a large dining table invites to eat outdoors. The enclosed yard is a haven for pets, providing a safe, enjoyable space for them to explore.

Other things to note
-Also, you can order pool heat for an additional price of 99$ (Winter Oct-May) or $ 49 (Summer, Jun- Sep) a night for a minimum of 2 nights. please let me know in advance if you wish to have the pool heated.
– Spa heat is included in rent
-The city of Palm Springs requires a photo ID to ensure that the booking guest is over the age of 25, and an additional contract to be signed through DocuSign after booking.
A physical copy of the statement of rules and regulations will be in home at your arrival and needs to be signed by every adult guest to acknowledge the rules in Palm Springs which are very strict. Please read the neighborhood brochure, which is attached to the contract, very carefully.
