This colorful home is the desert hideaway for a painting artist and open for guests now. They will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The backyard offers a Mountain View and a firepit invites to relax. Located on a quite cul de sac in the north of Palm Springs but only a short car ride away from shopping and restaurants.
This home is only available for a minimum of 30 day rental!
Other things to note
I want to mention that the Painter has his own art on the walls, there are also paintings with nude women, not erotic only nude. This might be not suitable for a few people
You can let us know in advance and we can take the paintings down
We pay utilities till 250$ each per month, everything above this amount is the responsibility of the guest,we charge a $1000 utility deposit
Rental Policies
Full refund for cancellation up to 30 days before check in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.

I had a great stay for 7 weeks. The home is spacious and comfortable with everything you might need. Kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan and appliance (great coffee maker) as well as lots of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and such. I had a few issues while there which, in my experience happens at every house I’ve ever rented, and Dominic and Claudia were responsive. Problems were handled quickly, communication was almost immediate and everything was resolved satisfactorily. The home is really spacious and I had fun not only having visitors stay with me but having a few dinner parties. Everyone got a kick out of the house, the art and the space itself. There is only one possible downside, and it was not a problem for me or my family, the house in a flight path. When you’re inside the house, the sound is muffled enough that it was never a problem for me or any of my guests. When you’re outside it is difficult to carry on a conversation when the plane is overhead.

Claudia was great to work with, always quick to respond and very helpful. The house is very large and extremely well laid out with great separation between the ensuited bedrooms so perfectly set up for three couples etc with four ensuite bedrooms and one additional bedroom with a bathroom right across the hallway as well as a powder room. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There are two separate and very private outdoor areas – one with pool and spa and the other with a hammock and fire pit and both have plenty of seating.
The only negative is that the house sits directly under the flight path for certain incoming and outgoing planes for the Palm Springs airport, starting at 6 a.m.. That said, ear plugs pretty much block out the noise in the early morning, the flights don’t go late at night and if you are at all familiar with the area, this is not really a surprise.
Pictures are accurate so no surprises except bigger than expected!
