The space

Nested at the base of the mountain range close to downtown Palm Springs.
As you step inside, you’ll greeted by a spacious and beautiful decorated hall, go ahead in the living room and sunk in the sofa and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the large smart TV. It also features fantastic pool and mountain views. The open floorplan seamlessly connects the living space to the fully equipped chef kitchen and the wet bar and ends in the dining room with a huge table fitting 8 people easily.

The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a large king-size bed, and a private ensuite bathroom with double sing, shower and separate tub.
There is also a walk-in closet and a large smart TV as well.

The first guest rooms down the hall will have a cozy queen-size bed and the second guest room a big queen-size bed as well. Both rooms are with smart TVs and share a spacious full-size bathroom with shower.

On the other end of the home, attached and still separated is the casita guest room with comfy queen-size bed, a smart TV as well and a private entrance.
It also features a nice full-size bathroom with shower which is also preferred used as a pool bathroom because it has a door towards the pool area.

Each Bedroom has a nice cozy patio area with seating to have the first sip of coffee outside in morning.

Now let’s talk about the outdoor space. Step outside to discover your private paradise, The pool is ready for a refreshing dip while the invigorating spa provides a soothing escape.
unwind in the comfortable lounche chairs, bask in the warm sun, or gather around at the huge our door dining table and have breakfast, dinner or share stories and laughter under the starry sky.

This vacation home also offers additional amenities to enhance your stay including central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi and a washer / dryer for your convenience.
Located in one of the most desirable Palm Springs areas, you’ll hac access to a wide array of attractions, restaurants and shops. Whether you’re looking to explore the vibrant downtown scene, take a hike in the nearby mountains or simply relax and soak in the sun, this vacation home is the perfect base for your Palm Springs adventure.

Guest access

You will be able to access through garage with a code pad or with the key through front door. Key will be in a lockbox.
We will contact you a few days before you arrive and tell you about the check in codes and you can choose if you would like to have a contactless check in or a personal walk through.

Other things to note

Local regulations require that we ask you for a separate contract to sign and to proof your age (min age is 25 years) with a copy of a photo ID.
We will send you a copy of the “Good Neighborhood Brochure” which has all rules and regulations from the Palm Springs vacation rental ordinance.
You will also be asked to let every adult in the home will sign a “Statement of Rules and Regulations” to agree to these rules.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience, but this is what we are required to do.

An extra fee of $69 for summer (June–Sept) and $99 for winter (October–May) would apply for pool heat. You can get in touch for this service once you’ve booked. Spa is free of charge. Please let us know if you would like to add Pool heat to your reservation.
