The House is in the center of Palm Springs in the famous Movie Star Colony. 5 min away from Ruth Hardy Park. It’s close to art, culture, restaurants, and family-friendly activities.
Other things to note
An extra fee of $69 for summer (June–Sept) and $99 for winter (October–May) would apply for pool heat. You can get in touch for this service once you’ve booked. please let me know in advance if you wish to have the pool heated.

Rental Policies
Full refund for cancellation up to 30 days before check in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.
