Bedrooms

Each of the three bedrooms were designed with SHAG artwork as inspiration. The primary bedroom (Honeymoon Suite) has a king size bed, 50 inch Smart TV and direct access to the backyard and glistening pool. The large ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink vanity. The second bedroom (Queen of Sheba) has a king size bed and smart TV. Bedroom three (Cocktail Dogs) has a queen size bed and Smart TV. Both have easy access to the main bathroom.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home and fenced backyard. The home has a large garage for one car and a driveway large enough for two cars maximum. As per City rules please do not park on the street. For your convenience you will also have access to the washer and dryer which is housed in the garage.

Other things to note

Pool heat is included it rent; we heat from 9 am till 6 pm to 84 degrees. Pool heat is suggested during the months of October through June. Please advise if you would like to have the pool not to be heated to save energy.

There is an EV charger in the garage that is available to guests.

This home and yard are smoke-free.
