This well-appointed pad offers an incredible outdoor entertainment area with an oversized saltwater pool and a secluded Spa in backyard. Relax on the chaise lounges and soak up the desert sun, if it gets to hot turn on the misters to cool down.
Have a meal on the patio with mountain view. Take one of the beach cruisers bikes to explore the desert or the close by downtown Palm Springs.

This is a typical Atomic Ranch House, mostly renovated
Unusual is the hot tub which is in ground but detached from the pool
Guest access
Guests have access to everything on property (except storage closet )
Other things to note
An extra fee of $69 for summer (June–Sept) and $99 for winter (October–May) would apply for pool heat. You can get in touch for this service once you’ve booked. Pool heat is suggested during the months of October through June. Pool heat fees are billed separately and are not subject to tax.

Full refund for cancellation up to 30 days before check in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.

The house was just as described. It’s a wonderful mid-century, modern rancher in a quintessential Palm Springs neighborhood. It was very clean, kitchen well appointed, the pool and backyard are absolutely beautiful, the Internet worked as expected, and the AC was A+. The floor to ceiling windows facing the backyard let in the most beautiful light. There were four TVs to choose from so if we all wanted to watch a movie we could do so together in the living room or if we wanted alone time we could watch in our rooms. Lots of entertainment and streaming available. As someone with accessibility issues, there is only one bed that was high enough for me to get in and out of, thankfully. The other beds are cute and fitting with the mid-century modern look, but they’re quite low. Lots of room for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
