Full refund for cancellation up to 30 days before check in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.

Great location just minutes to downtown and good access to services. Very clean and nice home with good ample seating in living areas and comfortable beds. Good privacy in the backyard and lots of features – we enjoyed the cabana, pool and sunning chairs. Good communication with host and easy check in – I would stay there again!

Claudia’s house was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We did find some of the instructions (for the pool and spa heat, and the fireplace) to be a bit unclear, had to ask Claudia some questions, and she was mostly responsive.
We had paid in advance the extra fee to heat the pool, but it wasn’t heated until the 3rd day. Given that it was November, the pool was too cold to use while unheated. I believe there was an ongoing issue with the pool heat and Claudia did send someone out twice to repair it. She refunded part of the heating fee when I asked. If you are staying here, I suggest reaching out a couple of days before you arrive to check that the pool is being heated so you can make full use of it.

We had a lovely visit at Popsicle Paradise. We went over Thanksgiving Weekend with our Son, DIL, and grandson. The kitchen was well equipped to cook Thanksgiving dinner.
The house has personality, but is not cluttered or over-the-top. It is super clean, with comfortable beds, and great linens.
The house is fairly close to the airport, which was a bonus for us. What nearly 2 year old boy doesn’t love airplanes flying overhead? The location is a short drive to Palm Canyon Drive for shopping & dining, the local dog park, as well as to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. It’s less than 30 minutes from the Palm Springs Living Zoo, which is well worth a visit.

We had a family Christmas get away with our adult children at Claudia’s place. The house is very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room and dining area to visit. The gas fire place is a lovely bonus. The bed are comfortable and the house is well laid out. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool during our stay and we were lucky to have 80 degree weather on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We had a miscommunication with the pool heat but it was handled and fixed very quickly and efficiently. The house is a quick trip to downtown to all the fun restaurants, shopping, tram and air museum. While it is nice to be close to the airport to fly in and out, the home is on the flight path so you do have very significant plane noise that starts early morning and stops in the evening.
