Rental Policies
Full refund for cancellation up to 30 days before check in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.

*If pets allowed on property, only 2 dogs max under 50 lbs each

We loved the house! It was really everything we needed. Very comfortable accommodations with all the amenities a home should have. Close to downtown Palm Springs and all the shops and restaurants. Claudia and her partner were responsive to our inquiries, but there were no big problems to speak of, so it was all easy! Would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again.
