An extra fee of $69 for summer (June–Sept) and $99 for winter (October–May) would apply for pool heat. You can get in touch for this service once you’ve booked. Pool heat is suggested during the months of October through June. Pool heat fees are billed separately and are not subject to tax.

Full refund for cancellation up to 30 days before check in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.

This was a really lovely house with lots of places to lounge and relax. I love a place with different zones and areas for different opportunities to either play, read, or relax. The layout was really nice for 2 couples, with the bedrooms at opposite ends of the house, and each with their own bathroom, so you never felt like you were in each other’s space. The views are amazing, and the pool is perfect. The house was extremely clean, and fully stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen! We were able to easily to cast our various streaming devices to the TVs, so we didn’t miss any important sports (it was both F1 and NBA playoffs season). Would 100% book here again!

Claudia’s place was perfect for us . We enjoyed the pool every day of our stay. Preparing meals with the Viking stove was a dream. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean. There was ample closet/dresser space for all our things. The convenience of a washer/dryer in the back means you can pack light. There is a huge Albertson’s grocery store just 3 minutes away. We highly recommend this beautiful house in Palm Springs for a relaxing vacation.
