An extra fee of $69 for summer (June–Sept) and $99 for winter (October–May) would apply for pool heat. You can get in touch for this service once you’ve booked. Pool heat is suggested during the months of October through June. Pool heat fees are billed separately and are not subject to tax.

Full refund for cancellation up to 30 days before check in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.

Claudia’s place was amazing. The place was very clean and private, the kitchen had everything including a professional stove, and the pool was fantastic given how hot it was outside. I highly recommend this place to all seeking a desert getaway in Palm Springs!

A wonderful retreat for 2 couples with 2 master suites and a well stocked kitchen with ample amenities. We were close to dining and gave us great access to a wedding in Oak Glen.

Claudia was quick to respond with our texts regarding A/C, however, the handbook provided was not exactly tailored to the property that we were at (eg handbook listed thermostat “next to staircase,” but property is single story). The house could use more creature comforts, such as brighter lighting, Kleenex boxes, vents in the bathrooms, long length mirrors, and a wider gate entrance.
Perhaps for the future, the house could already be cooled down to the appropriate temperature before guests arrive. Stepping into a house with 82deg may sound like a relief when outside is 114deg, but having to use the unvented bathroom felt like a sauna!
Other than that, we appreciated the lovely decor and beach towels ready for the pool. Everyone in the party had a good time. Thanks, Claudia!
